FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you require payment at the time of service? Yes. It is helpful if you write your check out before the beginning of the session so that we can utilize the full appointment to focus on your issues.
Do you take insurance? Yes. If your insurance is a PPO and allows you to see out of network providers, I can give you a statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I work with several Employee Assistance Programs and insurance companies. Please check your health insurance
coverage to find out whether you have a co-pay, and what limitations you might have on its use. Some companies require pre-authorization to see a mental health provider.
Do you have a sliding fee scale? Yes, I have some fee flexibility. If you choose not to use your insurance we can discuss the possibility of a fee adjustment.
